Job Summary
The E-commerce Specialist will be a key member of our team, responsible for executing and optimizing all aspects of our online store, with a strong emphasis on digital advertising. This role involves utilizing data-driven insights and a strategic mindset to drive sales and enhance the customer experience across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Ensure product descriptions are clear and informative.
- Website Optimization:
- Utilize web analytics to understand customer behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Digital Advertising:
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make continuous improvements to strategies.
- Promotions & Merchandising:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, including sales, discounts, and special offers.
- Customer Experience:
- Troubleshoot customer order issues, working with fulfillment and customer service as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a demonstrated focus on digital marketing and advertising.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Proven track record of success in managing digital ad campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Proficient in Arabic and English.
